A national charity committed to supporting those with barriers relating to disability, health and those in disadvantaged circumstances to find employability, independence and greater inclusion in society are looking to recruit an Employer Account Coordinator on their Work Programme. This is a permanent position looking to pay £24,248.93 to £26,943.26 per annum. The role is based in London (location can be flexible).

Key Purpose of Post
Support the Employer Account Managers Team to deliver to employers and engage Work Programme customers in employment. The Employer Account Coordinator is a customer facing role that identifies, coaches and prepares applicants to release their potential within the employment recruitment process. Essentially the role must develop effect internal relationships to ensure a sufficient pipeline of active customers and to build rewarding relationships with existing employers and other key stake holder groups.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Good understanding of the local and national labour market and employment issues faced by customers with various needs
Relevant previous experience in the recruitment/ employment/ placement field
Experience working with disabled/disadvantaged young people/adults/children in employment focused programmes
Flexibility to cope with the varying demands of the role and achieve the desired results
Ability to manage and support a caseload and achieve targets for progression
