Employability and CV Workshop Tutor

A women only service which has been running in Camden for over 30years is offering one off Employability and CV writing classeson the 18th and 25th of April 2016, and are looking for a tutor to plan and deliver for these sessions.

The classes will run on Monday 18th April and Monday 25th April 12-2pm, and will consist of around 15 women mainly of Southern Asian heritage from the local area.

The classes aim to help women develop the skills and confidence to live in the community, assisting them with gaining jobs as well as developing in confidence to apply for roles.

Main duties for the Tutor will include:
Teaching a group of 15women of south Asian heritage basic CV writing, interview and confidence building skills as well as allocating at least an hour to a CV writing workshop

Essential criteria for the Tutor:
Have prepared and taught employability workshops previously
Desirabley- speak a South Asian language such as Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
Be able to differentiate needs according abilities.
Imaginative planning and teaching style.
Must be willing to undertake a DBS check or hold a current DBS
