A leading medical membership organisation in central London who train and develop healthcare professionals in the UK, are recruiting for an eLearning Project Coordinator on a full time basis for an initial period of 12 months.
As the eLearning Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the entire learning project lifecycle from scoping the project right through to the launch in order to support medical and healthcare professionals with their continual learning. This will include working alongside Subject Matter Experts, developers, senior stakeholders and authors to ensure each eLearning project is delivered to budget, on time and meets the set criteria.
You will also support web developers and instructional designers with the development of the eLearning platforms and in-house eLearning courses as well as supporting with updating existing content on the learning platform.
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong track record of project coordination within an education setting. You should have some experience of using VLEs or a very good aptitude for using new technologies in education. If you are familiar with Moodle, this will be an advantage.
You will also be a strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Whilst the organisation is currently working remotely, they are trialling a hybrid working model from September where you may be expected to be present in the office 1-2 days per week.
