A global membership body of over 16,500 members an international network of 41 branches are recruiting for a new role within their organisation as an Education Quality Improvement Manager to be responsible for developing a quality improvement system that will apply to all education courses and assessments developed and delivered throughout their branches and partners.
As someone who has experience of developing and implementing systems of quality improvement in education, and has a sound knowledge and understanding of both face to face and virtual professional education, you will be responsible for implementing a new series of quality assurances process across their 4key areas - Student Services, Content Development, Delivery and Assessment, including defining key success indicators and data collection, reporting and monitoring processes to ensure continuous improvement.
You will also be involved in a key 2021 project to streamline their current training model and design and deliver key quality assurance processes for their delivery models based on student feedback and assessment standards.
As someone who has held a role with leadership responsibilities previously (such as non direct line management), you will be responsible for working cross organisationally to bring the team through this changes and developments as well juggling multiple projects and budgets.
You will have an autonomous and creative approach, and have the confidence to instil a cohesive and collaborative working approach whilst still being open to feedback and support.
