A national membership body which develops leadership management and governance across the UK's universities and HE colleges is recruiting for a Programmes Manager to manage a team of 10 to plan, organise and deliver a portfolio of leadership development training programmes in house for clients as well as oversee their executive coaching service.
As someone who has experience of managing professional training courses within a membership or higher education body, you will lead on the resourcing, planning and delivery of the open and in house/commissioned portfolio, whilst also setting and ensuring that the agreed service and quality standards are met by the team, including operational KPIs.
You will be someone who has developed and delivered courses for a commercial purpose in order to identify further business opportunities as well as ensure existing products meet their financial and performance targets.
This role will require you to have previous management experience in order to directly line manage a large team as well as work within a matrix environment.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management skills.
