TPP Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading membership body who provide continual learning for healthcare professionals, to recruit a new Programme Manager to develop new, profitable education programmes.
The last year has been one of rapid change for the organisation's education offering and you will be joining the team who has been at the forefront of responding to and leading on this change.
As the Programme Manager, you will lead on the scoping, planning and delivery of a portfolio of medical education conferences, training courses and other learning opportunities. Working with colleagues across the team and wider organisation as well as medical experts, you will lead the execution of high profile learning opportunities, managing them from conception through to delivery, to feedback and evaluation in order to deliver measurable benefits for your audience.
Key aspects of the role will involve researching and leading on the development of new formats of learning delivery, financial management responsibility and operational delivery of education projects, leading matrix project teams to deliver on goals and collaborating with high profile external stakeholders and partners.
To be considered for the role, you'll be an experienced and confident programme manager with a track record of developing/improving and delivering successful education and training programmes/projects, including online learning content, for a professional audience. You must be someone who takes an agile approach to work with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and a confidence to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at every level.
