A national membership body which develops leadership management and governance across the UK's universities and HE colleges is currently recruiting for a Programmes and Projects Manager on a 1year contract with a possibility of extending.

In this role you will be managing the development and delivery of new and existing training programmes and development initiatives. You will also manage operational aspects and relationships as well as lead on organising development programmes and events across the business.

A considered thinker who has excellent written and oral communication skills with a range of multi level stakeholders, you will have worked in or with a HE environment and have an understanding of blended or e-learning as well as events management.

You will have lead a small team of 1 or 2 staff previously and be ready to take on line management responsibilities.

If you are someone who can take the initiative, and problem solves on the go then this could be the role for you.

Despite the initial contract being for 12months this is an exciting time at the organisation where someone who is flexible and happy to take on other responsibilities outside of their day to day role as well as embrace personal development opportunities can really grow and potentially make the role longer term.
