An employer led membership organisation that ensures their industry have the skills they need now and in the future are recruiting for an Education Product Administration Coordinator to support the operational delivery, development and continuous improvement of their educational products and services.
As a pivotal part of this friendly, supportive and ambitious team you will be involved in a variety and important areas such as organising stakeholder meetings, developing and maintaining document templates and filing structures, managing scheme set-ups and amendments via the registration scheme platform and other related operations systems including the computer-based learning (CBL) platform.
As someone who has experience of computer-based learning and assessment systems and an understanding of vocational qualifications who will play an important part in ensuring process and standards are followed and maintained, as well as provide advice, guidance and support to internal colleagues, external stakeholders and contractors.
You will also have strong administration skills and experience of setting up and managing processes where you will take the lead on a range of functions and initiatives in these areas.
