An award-winning Education Charity are looking for an Education Evaluation Officer to join their small but growing team, as they embark on a new phase of measuring the impact of their financial education programmes.
You'll be based in Central London and will be appointed on a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months with a likelihood to extend.
As the Evaluation Officer your aim will be to produce ground-breaking new data on the impact of their financial education programmes that are delivered in schools and youth organisations. The charity has conducted extensive evaluations during the last year and are looking for someone who can help build upon their existing data and evidence as they look to cement their place as leaders in the field of financial education.
By working with internal teams, you will be involved in the development and delivery of evaluation plans and projects and will advise on further projects to complement what already exists. Previous experience in the areas of education project or programme evaluation as well as managing education projects independently will be vital.
Through leading focus groups with young people who participate in the programmes and the teachers who deliver the programmes, the Evaluation Officer will manage data and report on findings, so strong IT and numeracy skills as well as being a good communicator will be essential.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience of working with young people who face barriers to learning and have a passion for financial or enterprise education.
