Education and Qualifications Policy Executive

A global chartered body are recruiting for an Education and Qualifications Policy Executive on a permanent basis to provide administrative support to key areas of their Education and Qualification Policy Team (EQP). You will report into the Head of Education and Qualification Policy and support the managers in four key areas to develop accurate systems of recording and monitoring quality and policy decisions as they relate to the organisation.

The four areas you will be supporting in will be Policy, Compliance & Standards, Qualifications and Accreditations. You will split your time between each of these four managers so the role will be exciting and varied. A big part of the role will be setting up systems that can accurately and effectively record and track policy changes, as well as tracking risks to quality assurance and working with Managers to mitigate them. You will also manage internal databases ensuring accurate records are maintained.

The organisation has also started a big review into the profession so you will support the managers in undertaking project work in relation to this, including administrative and project support work as required. This might include organising round tables and meetings, coordinating these, and taking minutes. On top of this, you will support the organisation with the accreditation process by arranging visits and preparing paperwork.

The organisation are looking for someone with previous experience within education - preferably from an Awarding Organisation or Professional Body background with some knowledge of quality assurance or qualifications. You will have strong Excel skills and great organisational and time management skills. As someone with great communication skills, you will be quick to pick things up and a good team player.

The organisation has offices in both London and Birmingham so you can pick a 'base office' and then work on a hybrid model with a mixture of home working and office working.
