A special educational needs charity is looking to recruit an Early Years Manager on a permanent basis in West London.

This is an exciting opportunity for the organisation, with the chance to really develop and make the role your own. As part of the management team the role will be responsible for the following:
- The strategic co-ordination, development and management of a range of high quality inclusive early years services for children with and without disabilities, within a learning environment providing specialist care.
- To have lead responsibility in ensuring that each child is provided with high quality care and equal access to educational experiences.
- Day to day co-ordination of the planning, evaluation and monitoring of the Early Years Foundation stage, and effective delivery and implementation of the SEND reforms.
- To support the Director of Children, Youth and Family Services and Head of Early Help in the fostering of positive and productive working relationships with local community, parents, social care and other relevant education professionals.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have achieved a relevant professional qualification in Early Years, Play or Youth and/or a Management Qualification in a related field.
