Have you worked as an Account manager or Co-ordinator within the not for profit sector or worked within hospitality in a similar role?
This is an exciting opportunity to add real value to a growing Employee Assistance Programme and join a dynamic national charity.
Purpose of this role:
The primary purpose of the role involves co-ordinating the administration of all EAP client account as part of a busy team of five.
The role encompasses the co-ordination and production of client renewals and reporting as well as being the first port-of-call for both new business and existing client queries. The charities EAP enjoys high levels of client retention and engagement and this new role of Account Co-ordinator will be central to the ongoing success of the programme.
You will be solely responsible for the account management of a number of clients, so this is an ideal role for a person looking to develop their account management skills; full training and support will be given.
Some of the responsibilities will involve:
Draw up EAP Service Level Agreements for all new EAP clients
Request invoices from finance for all new EAP clients and renewals
Send contract and invoice to all new EAP clients and ensure they know how to access marketing materials online
Manage the return of all EAP contracts, following up with the client as needed and updating the wider EAP team on status
Work with finance to on EAP credit control, following up with the client as needed and updating the wider EAP team on status
Keep CRM up to date with all client details
Each month, send the usage reports provided by our Clinical Management system to all clients due a half year or annual report that month.
Each month, manage the renewal process for any of your clients whose contract is due to renew and support the wider team, as needed with renewal invoicing.
Manage the EAP inbox and phoneline distributing enquiries to the relevant team member depending on request
Flag any urgent, especially clinical, issues with Services Director or EAP Relationship Manager.
Essential skills and experience include:
Experience of an EAP (desirable but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with managing high levels of administration, reporting and data work.
Confidence in speaking with often senior, corporate clients over email and phone.
Ability to 'think on your feet' in order to problem solve and take ownership of certain client requests.
High level of computer literacy including Word, Excel and CRM databases.
A detail-oriented approach with a high level of organisational skills to effectively coordinate timelines and deliverables.
Enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to cope well under pressure
A good team player who is able to support colleagues and engage in and contribute to team culture ensuring excellent team collaboration.
