We are working with a charity that help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them to recruit for an Executive Assistant to CEO & Chair. You will be working alongside a high performing leadership team and a passionate, highly effective Board of Trustees, supporting the CEO office to ensure the organisation runs efficiently, effectively, and compliantly
This a full time 35-hour week permanent contract, with the opportunity of working either remote or hybrid.
As the Executive Assistant you will provide high quality support to the CEO and Chair along with managing projects on their behalf. You will be part of the governance team providing high quality, executive administrative support to the board of trustees and its committees to operate effectively.
You will chair and manage our PA network, establishing the group and setting clear aims and objectives, looking at how you can develop the ways of working and identifying areas of process improvement as well as taking on dedicated projects.
To be considered for the role you will need the following skills, knowledge, and experiences
*Significant experience of working as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to a Director or CEO
*Excellent administration and organisational skills
*Brilliant interpersonal skills, an ability to build and develop relationships at every level, from major donor to volunteer, government minister to beneficiary
*Confidence to say no when necessary and delegate appropriately
*Proactive and ability to think on your feet
