Our client, a faith based organisation, is looking for a EA to support their CEO on a permanent basis. Their office is based in West London and the role flexi-time.
A dynamic, confident, organised and energetic executive assistant (EA) needed to support a Global CEO. You need to be well organised, articulate and outgoing, full of ideas and quick thinking. As you will be first point of contact internally and externally, you will need to be a good communicator with people on the phone and face to face.
Key responsibilities for the EA:
Extensive diary management with special attention to multiple time zones
Schedule, organise and co-ordinate meetings
Coordinate events related to the CEO's office
Organise travel, transport and hotel arrangements and arrange travel itineraries
Prepare letters, memorandums, presentations, proposals
Record expenses and general admin tasks
Provide adhoc project support and stakeholder engagement
Essential criteria for the EA:
Highly experienced in a similar post supporting SMT
Excellent grasp in providing EA assistance in a global centric environment
Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Excellent ability at working to tight deadlines and prioritising
Amazing all round secretarial support skills
