We are working in partnership with ISUOG - The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology. This international society has over 13,0000 members across 127 countries, leading the way in both research and education in its field.

Based in West London, just a few minutes' walk from Latimer Road tube, ISUOG are recruiting a new Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

Aside from the usual EA duties (diary management, committee support etc.), you will directly support the CEO's work with the Society's Board, and can expect to take on a variety of wider-responsibilities as you grow with the role. The CEO is looking to recruit someone who can take the day to day organisational duties in their stride and relish every opportunity to widen their skills and experience, by embracing the varied workload, as well as new projects and responsibilities, to support the next phase of the organisation's development.

You will have the opportunity to travel internationally, including to ISUOG's annual World Congress. You will also be expected to build strong working relationships with a wide variety of international stakeholders, including ISUOG's Board, many of whom are leaders within their field. It is therefore essential, that you can demonstrate the required level of maturity and confidence to manage these relationships.

ISUOG's modern office space is warm and welcoming. The team has a strong work ethic and good interpersonal relationships resulting in a supportive and inclusive working culture that should ensure you feel like an integral part of this small team in no time at all.

You should be educated to degree level as a minimum, with at least two years' experience in a relevant role. Demonstrable experience of organising Committees, an understanding of the principles of good governance and competencies to support report writing and presentation would be an advantage. Most importantly you will possess a natural drive, passion and dynamism that will chime with the rest your colleagues at ISUOG.

If you feel confident that you possess these qualities we would love to hear from you.
