TPP are recruiting for a small membership. This role would be working 4 days a week Monday to Thursday. 9.30 - 5pm.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety, enjoys a busy workload and can self manage. You would be supported by an admin assistant 1 to 2 days per week.

They are ideally looking for someone that has worked within a Charity, Healthcare or Education sector

Some of the duties and responsibilities:
PA to the Medical Director
Diary management including arranging travel when needed
Office Management (E.g. Ordering stationary / Managing staff hours / Managing holidays etc.)
Day to day running of the office e.g. answering phones, typing letters etc.
Dealing with any queries (some may be from vulnerable people) and visitors as the first contact with the organisation
Maintaining health and safety requirements
Maintaining budgets and record office activities (with support of external bookkeeper)
Arranging salary payments in liaison with Goldwyns Accountants and setting up payments online

Liaising with Committee chairs and members
Committee administrator including organising meeting dates, booking rooms, preparing papers, arranging refreshments, expenses and taking minutes
Creating reports for board meetings

Managing and promoting events including venues, sponsors, marketing and mailouts
Organising all aspects of the memberships Annual Symposium
Updating and maintaining event records such as; budgets, speakers, attendance lists etc

Key skills/Experience
Event management - this is a crucial area of experience
Office Management
80 wpm typing and audio skills
Speed writing / minute taking
MS Office including:
Advanced Word
Advanced PowerPoint
Advanced Excel
Advanced Access
Advances Outlook
Intermediate Publisher
Other Software experience:
InDesign (desirable)
Mailchimp
Social Media management and knowledge of Xero
Website management
