TPP is currently working with an excellent charity who create life changing wishes for children with a critical illness.

They are seeking to hire an E-Mail Marketing Officer who will be working a 4 day week. Reporting into the Content & Development Manager, you will be responsible for digital lead generation and inbound journeys, with a key focus on e-mail marketing for specific campaigns around our client's fundraising efforts.

You will be joining a fast paced team with a fantastic culture.

Your duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Plan and deliver digital campaigns that will drive income and results for our client's Mass fundraising team, and drive results and engagement in other key business areas.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure content and activities are coordinated, integrated and measurable
  • Understand where and how our client can be developing data and data sources to build funnels around key areas of activity and develop action plans to convert 'passive' audiences to engaged and contributing.
  • Work with our client's volunteers to identify frameworks and structures around email marketing and digital engagement, that will support their community development programme to succeed.
  • Measure and report activity against an agreed set of KPIs for social media, content and campaigns.
  • Use analytics and insights to understand audiences, audience response and where and how activity can be improved and developed and consider new approaches.

Your experience will include :

  • Knowledge of key areas of digital activity and how to apply them as part of a campaign:
  • Social advertising - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc
  • An awareness of PPC either through experience or working with an external agency.
  • Email marketing for engagement
  • Email marketing for direct targeting
  • Experience with insight and analytic tools to support understanding of performances eg Google Analytics, Data Studio, Social insight tools etc
