A globally renowned awarding and professional membership body are recruiting for an E-Learning Developer to lead the eLearning function in their commercial and academy teams.
Project managing an Instructional Designer and E-Learning Specialist you will leverage latest best practice learning and tools for content creation, develop eLearning interventions for corporate client consumption, and ensure that all practices and processes that are implemented are compliant with external regulation and internal policy and procedure.
Using your understanding of learning theories you play an integral part in transforming their qualifications into fully online products as well as work internally and externally to develop bespoke products for corporate clients creating user-friendly, engaging and effective eLearning experiences.
They are looking for someone who has an excitement and enthusiasm for E-Learning and wants to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the organisation.
So if you have excellent attention to detail and want to be part of a historical organisation going through an exciting time of commercial and modernising change and have experience in the following areas then this role could be for you!
Experience with xAPI/TinCan, SCORM, LMS technologies (such as Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.), HTML, XML, XHTML, DHTML, Flash, CSS and Adobe Suite tools
Experience with Articulate Storyline2, Adobe Captivate and Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc)
Experience with audio and video editing within eLearning
Experience in gamification within eLearning
