E-assessment Programme Director

An independent provider of education services, policy and research are currently recruiting for a Programme Director who is a specialist in E-Assessment on a 3year contract to spearhead their e-assessment developments- driving and leading the e-assessment programme to deliver key capabilities and online services.

Reporting to the Transformation Programme Director, you will own and oversee the e-assessment programme, supported by the Programme Board and a Programme Manager; and have overall responsibility for running the project, leading the programme delivery team comprised of the Workstream Leads and Programme Manager, and ensuring that each of the workstreams is on track and in line with the budget, schedule of spend, milestones, and deliverables.

As someone who has demonstrable experience leading on large scale, high impact programmes and projects, as well as the ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and managing complex projects, you will lead on the strategic planning, oversight, and implementation of the e-assessment programme, objectives, business case, and specified initiatives. Participating in strategic and tactical planning in partnership with senior leaders across the organisation to identify, organise, and prioritise initiatives and critical issues relating to e-assessment.

This role will require you to have a thorough understanding of e-assessment from designing, delivering and managing the systems and lead with gravitas and influence whilst also having the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
