As the Donor Retention Coordinator you will play a key role in developing an delivering campaigns and initiatives to thank and retain donors. You will design and implement their welcome and engagement plans for new supporters to ensure they feel valued. You will work in collaboration with colleagues within the marketing team, developing and implementing cross channel programme. You will look into ways to improve engagement and retention of supporters. You will work with colleagues within the fundraising department to develop new products and services that will retain supporters for the long term.

They are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of planning and delivering fundraising campaigns across a variety of channels. Shows knowledge and understanding of supporter journey and developing this. Experience of creating recommendations and reports for senior members of the department to support with effective decision making.
