TPP is excited to be partnering with the RNLI to recruit for a Donor Relations Manager, on a permanent basis, paying between £30,978 and £36,445. You can work this role on a remote basis or from the RNLI HQ in Poole*

This is a brand new and exciting role to make your own! You will manage and develop the mid-value donor portfolio of up to c500 donors who donate between £1k and £10k. You will be responsible for creating stewardship journeys using segmentation for a more bespoke supporter journey. From this, you will be responsible for making engaging acquisition content online and offline. Finally, you will build relationships with donors on an occasional 1-1 or group basis.

To be successful in this role you will have major donor or individual giving experience, ideally in mid or high value fundraising. You will have sound communication skills to create compelling collateral and engage/enthuse donors. From this, you will be able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the telephone and face to face

*This role can be home-based, but you will be expected to attend the HQ in Poole for quarterly meetings (post restrictions)
