TPP Recruitment are working with a hospice as they search for a Donor Development Manager. This is a great time to join this charity, playing a vital role in growing the hospice's income through the develop and implementation of a fundraising strategy across Individual Giving, Legacies and Trusts.

As the Donor Development Manager, you will manage the team to develop an effective supporter journey, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors. A key aspect of this role is leading on fundraising campaigns, with activity across a range of channels that will include direct mail, face to face, telephone and digital. You will manage the direction and growth of the donor development team, devising and implementing, legacy, Individual Giving and Trusts fundraising plans. You will support the Database Manager to ensure that the fundraising database is used to its maximum potential and that data such as legacy income is processed in an accurate and effective way. You will oversee the management of the team, conduct regular one to one meeting to support in their personal development.

They are looking for candidates to have the ability to develop and implement an individual giving and legacy strategy. Proven track in this area is key, generating significant funds from a range of fundraising campaigns. You will have experience of putting together a fundraising budgets and reporting against targets. Experience of line managing, supporting with the growth of people as well as setting and monitoring peoples work.
