Working as the Donor Acquisition Manager you will lead on the creation and delivery of a new cross channel acquisition programme that will inspire new regular givers. They want to utilise new digital fundraising approaches to face to face supporter engagement. You will lead a team of 3 to deliver against income targets and ensure their continued personal development. A big focus of this role is using your creativity to develop and implement new approaches and ideas that will attract and engage new supporters. You will work closely with the Head of department in evaluating new approaches to ensure they are delivering a sustainable acquisition programme.

You will be an experienced Individual Giving Fundraiser who has worked on developing and implementing a successful acquisition programme across a range of different channels. As a focus of this role is the development of digital acquisition having experience and an understanding of digital platforms would be advantageous. A lack of line managed experience previously is fine but a passion to take on these responsibilities is needed. You will have experience of working with data teams to interpret campaign data and supporter insight to drive future campaign performance.
