TPP’s client is a national and highly respected organisation, providing care and support to a variety of vulnerable people with support needs including learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Our client operates in over 400 locations so is highly dispersed geographically.

As Divisional Director, North West you will be responsible for a broad range of services across Cumbria, Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire. It is a critical role which offers huge scope to continue our client’s work across a significant region where they already have an established reputation.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be expected to implement and lead on operational planning and service delivery. As an integral member of the Directors Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards strategy and policy. Our client will help you achieve your objectives by collaborating with the Directors Team to help you develop into your new role.

With substantial experience of the social care market, you will have a deep knowledge of good practice and current regulatory requirements, including CQC. Being an exceptional communicator, you will bring demonstrable experience of developing new business and managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams.

If you can provide strong leadership, and have an outstanding track record of leading the operational delivery of services for people with learning disabilities or a closely related field, please send your CV to healthsocialcare@tpp.co.uk, quoting reference J61154PG and we will get more information out to you. Alternatively, for further details please feel free to contact Phil Garcia on (020) 7198 6070.
