TPP Recruitment's Fundraising and Development team are supporting an international charity with the search for an Director of Fundraising. This position will report to the CEO, and provide leadership to a mutli-diciplinary team of 10 that generates income across the breadth of voluntary income channels.

Salary: £61,000

As the Director of Fundraising you will develop and deliver the charity's fundraising strategy, focusing on rapid growth across a diverse range of income streams. You will provide leadership to the fundraising department and identify training needs of staff. A key aspect of this post is the development and implementation of the charity's fundraising strategy, focus on income growth across a range of income streams. The key areas of growth will be within Individual Giving, Philanthropy, Challenge Events, Community and Digital Fundraising.

To be considered, you will have prior experience in a senior fundraising role, have managed teams of this size before, and be immediately available to start in post. You will have experience across all areas of fundraising, be a confident leader - ideally (not essentially) have experience in the International sector, although experience in a charity of comparable size and complexity is fine.
