A highly regarded and long established national charity in the criminal justice sector with a total annual income of £1.5million is looking to bring on board a Director of Finance and Business Process Change.

You will be part of the Senior Management Team. This role offers a salary of circa £55,000 per annum plus 5% pension contribution.

This role is open to candidates who are looking for either a permanent role or a one year fixed term contract.

This is an exciting time for the organisation. Having expanded rapidly over the last few years, the profile of this charity has greatly increased and, after undertaking a comprehensive strategic review, the focus is on the process of planning and developing front line services and organisational capabilities to deliver an ambitious 3 year strategic plan. Core functions of the charity encompass funding individual prisoner learners, policy & research work and media & communications. Its strategy will involve the development of a new digital service model to meet the needs of service beneficiaries and other stakeholder groups.

As the Director of Finance and Business Process change, you will maximise the impact of the charity's resources ensuring the organisation is well run, agile and focused on transforming the lives of beneficiaries.

You will be a qualified accountant with strong experience in managing internal support functions and with the track record and drive to lead organisational business process change to deliver key strategic objectives.

Candidates applying for this role must have senior experience in a comparable organisation, with excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
