The TPP Fundraising and Development team are working with a prestigious Christian International Development charity, and are searching for a talented Director of Business Development, Communications and PR. The role will be based in Edinburgh, and reports into the Chief Executive.
 
This is a newly created role within the organisation, and you will have the exciting and challenging opportunity to build and lead a new Directorate which:

-    Delivers substantial and regular income streams to support the development of the organisation
-    Develops and implements a new Communication and PR strategy, including development of a new website, branding, social media, and marketing literature, to effectively promotes the organisation and its work

The right candidate for this post will be a strong leader, an innovator and have the capacity to face challenges head on. You will have experience of delivering growth across multiple income streams and excellent knowledge of communication and PR strategies. You will have a proven track record in strategic planning and organisational transformation, and an excellent knowledge of communications and PR strategies. You will also have a knowledge of Christian networks, in the UK and abroad. You will also be comfortable working in an organisation with a clear Christian mission.

International and UK travel is a requirement of the role.
