One of the most recognisable and iconic charitable awarding bodies are recruiting for a Director of Awards to develop, implement and manage the growth strategy of the organisation, developing relationships with new and existing centres to increase spend, as well as develop their own businesses. The role will ensure the operational internal functions around quality assurance and customer service to ensure they can meet client and customer expectations.
Coming from an awarding body, you will have a solid understanding of all AO functions, and even though you will oversee the Quality and Customer Service teams, your main remit will be to re-engage old centres as well as the acquisition of new centres.
As someone who is very target orientated, you will have a commercial and entrepreneurial flair in order to drive performance from a regional business development manager, as well as from yourself.
You will also be on hand to offer support and guidance when required to the Quality Assurance and Customer Service Teams.
This role will require extensive travel and as such they can offer a company car allowance or mileage expenses, depending on what would suit your needs.
