A small established international charity is seeking a Direct Marketing Administrator to join their team.
You will work closely with the fundraisers providing them with project admin support.
Main duties for the Direct Marketing Administrator:
Monitor and control stock
Liaise with external suppliers, ensuring best service and cost
Source new suppliers when required
Ensure that fundraisers receive all data files for the telemarketing cycle
Provide fundraisers with training materials
Support with direct debit sign ups
Ensure all campaign data selection files and data manipulation are carried out to set criteria
Provide data selections
Log invoices and maintain spreadsheet
Essential criteria for Direct Marketing Administrator:
Previous experience of working within a fundraising department
Data selection skills
Strong administration skills
Previous experience of using fundraising databases
Proof reading skills
Excellent communication skills
