Our client, a leading educational charitable foundation based in the heart of London are seeking a tenacious and dynamic Digital Operations Manager (Membership).
As someone with existing experience in managing and delivering digital and CMS systems, you will have an opportunity to add value to a progressive organization that prioritizes education and learning and has set the standard for professional membership bodies across the sector. You will thrive in being able to take the lead on new developments and projects and contribute towards building an integrated and smooth membership service for this credible organization.
You will also be responsible for:
Managing the daily operations of the organization's digital platforms and systems including CMS, Microsoft Dynamics and an e-portfolio platform
Working closely with the Head of Membership & Digital to develop and implement an accreditation and membership service
Maintaining digital platforms through information gathering, customer feedback and requirement specification, as well as testing and release phases to continuously improve platforms and services
Managing the digital budget
Monitoring performance from suppliers and undertaking service reviews to ensure they have met criteria and KPIs
Supervising and line managing two high performing members of staff
You will have proven experience in managing digital systems within an awarding body or membership body and thrive on giving exceptional attention to detail as well as strategic insight into planning the organization's future digital strategy to ensure it meets its growth plans.
