This leading youth charity is looking for a passionate digital professional to join their Individual Giving team.
Reporting into the Head of Individual Giving, you will be responsible for planning and leading on the digital fundraising strategy. You will have line management responsibility for one member of staff. The role will focus on maximising the value of supporters and evaluate and refine new acquisition and retention digital campaigns.
An excellent project manager, we will look to you to own the digital engagement and product strategy for Individual Giving and work with internal and external stakeholders to agree, communicate and deliver them.
The appointed candidate will have:
Experience of website tracking analysis software to measure and drive marketing applications
Expert knowledge of digital fundraising and specifically the use of digital Direct Marketing tools and techniques to recruit and retain supporters e.g. email, SEO, affiliates, online ads, SMS etc
Substantial practical experience of developing web based solutions to deliver innovative and creative fundraising built from consumer/supporter insights. (including PPC, advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing)
Experience of working with a range of digital devices and channels, e-commerce platforms and fulfilment, online and offline supporter journeys and management
