A leading STEM based professional body are looking for an innovative Product Manager to join their Education Team and play an intricate part in the future development of their highly successful award and accreditation scheme and its supporting digital platforms.

The nationally recognised accreditation scheme for project work in STEM subjects, aims to encourage young people to value science as part of their culture and this role will be responsible for driving and growing the awards scheme by managing relationships with partners within the existing network as well as directing the future development of the programme by encouraging stakeholders to provide feedback in order to impact on the organisational goals and sales and marketing strategies.

As someone who is comfortable working to targets in terms of partnerships and sales generated as well as growth and performance and has a commercial background in order to create a product development plan which aligns with existing business and strategy plans, you will work closely with the communications team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, the messaging framework and contribute to the annual marketing plan.

You will understand the importance of feedback and have exceptional people skills in order to develop strategies for the collection and analysis of user feedback and work with the education team to continuously improve platforms and resources, responding to user feedback; you will also use this in order to promote and demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders.

As an experienced product manager, you'll have a good working knowledge of web delivered education products and an awareness of how to support a digital service as well as an in-depth understanding of how to grow sales using these technologies.

This is a great role for someone who wants to make a mark on the STEM and education fields and play a direct role in encouraging young people to have an interest and be involved in STEM subjects and careers.
