A leading London based charity who provide solutions to homelessness are recruiting for a Digital Community Coordinator on a full time fixed term contract until January 2020.

As the Digital Community Coordinator, you'll work along side partner organisations to build a network of groups and people who will share their knowledge and skills to enable vulnerable people to get online and thus give them broader choices and control over their lives.

You'll work locally to establish connections with other homelessness services, recruiting and supporting digital champions to embed digital literacy skills within their own organisation and services. In doing this, you'll inspire and encourage action across the homelessness services to lead on improving digital literacy for the most disadvantaged people in their communities.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working with homelessness services or vulnerable people, or perhaps you have lived homelessness yourself. With this, you should have a very good understanding of the barriers faced by homeless people, and how digital literacy impacts positively on marginalised groups.

Experience of delivering learning activities or workshops, preferably surrounding online technology is also vital for this role as you will be responsible for the skill development of others, in groups and on a 1:1 basis.

You will be based in South London and will regularly travel throughout South and South West London boroughs.

Are you ready to lead this digital movement?

If you're interested in this role or for more information, please send your up to date CV to danielle.tramontin@tpp.co.uk quoting reference number J66491DT
