This respected university based on the outskirts of London is recruiting for a Development Officer (maternity cover), to work within its dynamic and ambitious team. The organisation’s development office has been delivering a highly successful annual giving programme. The Development Officer will manage a mid-level portfolio of prospective donors and personally solicit gifts working to an agreed income target.
- You will have experience of soliciting four and five figure gifts
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders including academics, alumni and donors
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- You will be ambitious and target focused, with experience of delivering against KPIs
