It is a mixed home and encourages each person they support to take an active role in their care and support. They pride themselves in their person centered approach; which is reflected in their CQC reports and in the ongoing staff development they offer which includes specialist training, regular formal and informal staff supervisions and Video Practice.

The Deputy Manager job calls for an individual who can add a new perspective as the staff team have been there for a while, a fresh paid or eyes would help the home to continually deliver an exceptional service. It also calls for someone with tact, patience and understanding who has a good sense of humor.
