TPP are working with a well-established national charity to recruit a Deputy Director of Volunteering, the successful candidate will provide operational and strategic support to all volunteers across the network.
Main duties for the Deputy Director of Volunteering:
Assist the Director with effective risk management
Develop a frame work of policies and procedures
Design and establish a robust complaint handling process
Monitor and develop key relationships
Deputise for the Director when required
Essential criteria for the Deputy Director of Volunteering:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Previous experience of working at a senior level within volunteer management
Experience of dealing with complex grievances and complaints
Experience of producing and analysing management information and reports
