TPP are recruiting for a Database officer to join an incredible international charity that has provided hundreds of thousands of free and safe surgeries for children. They have work within 60 countries worldwide.

They are looking for an experienced Database Officer to help maintain an accurate and compliant Raiser's Edge database.

The purpose of this role: As the Database Officer you will ensure that all income generating activities are run through the database, income is reconciled on a monthly basis with the finance department and provide day to day database support to the entire UK office.

Do you have experience working on Raiser's Edge or a similar CRM system within the charitable sector? Do you have previous experience of importing data from a variety of sources as well as providing database support to the wider office?

Some of the key responsibilities:
*Import files from third party agencies and process income through various means
*Reconcile the monthly income with the Finance team
*Deliver database training to the fundraising team
*Maintain processes and procedures
*Provide database support to the wider fundraising team
*Work with all departments to collect and utilise data
*Lead on data cleansing, quality control and restructuring projects
*Assist with integration projects involving Mailchimp and future CRM upgrade
*Assist the Head of Data & Insight with GDPR compliance Projects
*Assist the Donor Care Officer during busy periods and provide cover during absence
*Undertake ad hoc tasks that may be required from time to time

To be successful in this role you will have:
*In depth knowledge of Raiser's Edge or similar CRM within a charitable organisation
*Ability to build queries and reports
*Excellent knowledge of data protection legislation
*Experience of working in the charity sector
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of working with data
*Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Desire for continual improvement and learning essential
