TPP are working with a charity based in North West London to recruit a Database Officer, the successful candidate will have previous experience of maintaining a charity CRM database.
Main duties for the Database Officer:
Provide database support to the fundraising team
Segment database to target groups
Deliver database training
Maintain processes and procedures
Ensure data is compliant
To support with meaningful data analysis
Carry out data cleansing projects
Essential criteria for the Database Officer:
previous experience of using and managing CRM databases
Ability to build queries and reports
Strong interpersonal skills
