TPP have an exciting opportunity for a Database Marketing officer to an International children's charity. They work to give every child the same chance in life.
The purpose of this role:
> Deliver high quality supporter data selections for Public Engagement activities
> Ensure data is imported into the supporter database (currently CARE) accurately and in a timely manner
> Answer CARE database change/bug requests through the IT Help desk
Some of the Key activities:
>Use SQL to deliver targeted data selections for fundraising campaigns and other marketing projects as required and ensuring that the selections are accurate and delivered on time
> Ensure that data from external sources is imported in an efficient manner and to agreed timelines onto CARE, understanding the implications of data imports and checking data quality of the imported data
>Improve data quality on the database by running queries and reports to identify where data is not accurate or in the right format such as missing address information, phone or email and gift aid.
> Support staff across the organisation in their use of the database, ensuring that data protocols are followed and deliver training and procedures on data briefing to all levels of the organisation as required
>Ensure that all activities undertaken on behalf of the charity, externally or internally, are in line with the overall aims of the organisation and with policies and procedures
