A fantastic Health charity based in London are seeking Database Manager to join their team, the successful candidate will report into the Head of Supporter Care and Data Services, who will provide ongoing support and development. This role would suit an experienced Database Officer or Executive looking for their next step up to management level. Although this role won't initially have direct line management responsibility this is something that can be added to responsibilities if this is something the successful candidate would like.

Main duties for the Database Manager:
Identify, develop and recommend fundraising team to enhance use of data
Support with the creation of protocols and processes to ensure high quality data is consistent
Coordinate and deliver database training to staff
Deliver timely and accurate selections
Support the delivery of the stewardship programme
Enable improvements within performance by supporting initiatives
Work with external agencies to aggregate, segment, profile and append external data

Essential criteria for the Database Manager:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience in data analysis and campaign management
Experience of applying statistical, analytical, modelling and segmentation techniques
Previous experience of managing external agencies
Ability and understand to interrupt complex data structures
Excellent communication skills
