TPP are working with a well established homelessness agency. They are recruiting a Database Appeals Executive on a fixed term contract until 30th June 2020.

This role is 35 hours a week. They offer flexible working and working from home days.

You will be working within the Supporter Appeals Team, you will assist the team in data management, processes and development for Fundraising Supporter Appeals. Using Raisers Edge to develop and deliver complex data selections and extracts for the integrated, multi-channel communications strategy across the department

Some responsibilities would include:

>Work within the Supporter Appeals Team in collaboration with the Supporter Engagement Team to achieve shared department aims

> Analyse requests through data selection briefs and deliver complex segmented extracts for all communications (using descriptive modelling such as RFV) for one off and year-round donor development & acquisition including cash appeals, online/digital/email and telemarketing campaigns.

> Assist with data integrity and quality checks related to data marketing selections, ensuring that new selections are checked and tested appropriately before delivery.

> Provide guidance or technical advice with Raiser's Edge and data queries

> Work with IT & Information Systems to ensure online digital marketing is developed and coded accurately to capture online donor behaviour and transactions for complex live and post appeal data analysis.

> Assist with data specifications and requirements for the extraction of complex data sets for analysis projects with third party agencies.


This role requires:

> A proven track record of using Raisers Edge - Able to hit the ground running
> Understanding of database marketing techniques (RFM) and creative DM approaches
> Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in complicated pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting etc
>Understanding of data entry requirements
> Experience of analysing and interpreting data
