Main Repsonsbilities

• Deliver on CRM projects and to maintain the integrity of the Salesforce system
• Assist members of staff from all departments with their use of the CRM, including delivering training
• Delivery of strong, operational routines within your role, including relevant administration and coordination needed to achieve departmental goals
• Become a source of expertise to the rest of the organisation
• Deliver to clearly defined objectives
• Take appropriate steps to ensure that you are compliant with relevant policies and procedures, including, but not limited to GDPR, Safeguarding, Equality and Dignity at Work, Health and Safety

Salesforce

• Attend weekly team meetings in regards to Data
• Internally promote Salesforce
• Ensure that regular imports and exports are carried out
• Liaise with product suppliers of the platform to maintain service standards, resolve bugs and issues, and to plan for updates and developments in a timely manner to provide an excellent service to departments and associated teams, responding to their needs
• Manage CRM administration
• Contribute to the Data Quality Framework
• Perform Salesforce backup and merging of contacts on accounts

Helpdesk

• Effectively respond to queries and critical issues raised by stakeholders
• Provide new starters with data protection e-learning module
• Manage the Data mailbox
• Manage the mailings required from Salesforce
• Data Compliance
