A disability charity based in Surrey is seeking a Data/CRM Innovation and Transformation role to work round their fundraising on a contract basis either part time or full time.
Your project management experience and involvement with fundraising marketing will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead on directorate's approach to developing innovative solutions with regards to fundraising marketing.
Develop project plans to aide in long term relationship management.
Make recommendations for a CRM system that enables greater engagement with data and information capture.
Work closely with Director of Fundraising and External Relations, Head of Fundraising and Head of Marketing and Communications.
Ensure data adheres to Fundraising regulations and wider data protection laws.
Implementation of a process and system of insight development.
Manage suppliers and represent org at external meetings.
CRM databases and senior stakeholder engagement.
Proven project experience in a similar role.
Experience delivering on innovation in relation to fundraising marketing.
Demonstrable leadership ability in project implementation in relation to data.
