Short description of role:

Our client, a Health Charity are looking for a Data Selections Officer to start ASAP for 3 months. The role is busy with clear deadlines. Our client are looking for someone who will work with colleagues to understand their requirements and be able to problem solve and deliver high quality data selections and analysis as requested. You must have experience of using SQL to produce data selections queries and reports. ideally you will have 2 years' experience working with Data Selections and you must have experience working with CRM systems. You must also have an understanding of GDPR and data protection protocols.

Main responsibilities

Work closely with the Senior Database Officer to manage the data selections calendar

Ensure adequate resource is allocated to support the charity's reporting and selection requirements

Create and document SQL scripts for data selections, including views and stored procedures

Identify areas for selection process improvement and support the wider team to deliver high quality selections

Build imports and exports from scratch and compile mailing lists to assist in targeted supporter activities

Develop the database team's reporting and analysis capacity

Deliver analysis and reporting as requested and work with colleagues to ensure they are asking the right questions and that they are getting the most from the analysis they have requested
