TPP are working with a health charity to recruit Fundraising Data Quality Officer. The successful candidate will have a key role in maintaining and improving the Fundraising CRM's data quality. The successful candidate will resolve existing data quality issues and promote excellent database use and accuracy.
The post holder will work with colleagues across the business and external suppliers to ensure continuous improvement of business processes and maintain excellent data integrity.
Main duties for the Data Quality Officer:
Develop and deliver plans which build and maintain understanding of data quality
Interrogate system data to identify areas of data quality
Identify and design solutions for requirements using appropriate tools such as SQL and VBA scripting
Analyse data entry processes
Essential criteria for the Data Quality Officer:
Experience of producing reports and analysis to monitor data quality
Sound understanding of data protection and legislation
Strong communication skills
Previous experience of working with a contact management system
