A professional association and trade union for medical professionals and students in the UK has a brand-new opportunity for a Data Executive to join their membership team. This role will be responsible for managing data quality as well as having a key role in supporting the wider organisation through reporting and analysis. This is a permanent full-time role offering flexible hybrid working options.

As the Data Executive, you will be responsible for the day to day management of data within the member database, providing data and analysis to the different areas of the business while also working with external sources to ensure that master data accurately reflects the NHS structure. You will closely monitor data quality within the database and identify opportunities to make improvements which will benefit the organisation's members.

The membership team are also in the process of developing an upgraded Dynamics CRM and you will be supporting this project by providing testing and data migration support and setting up new processes to manage data quality in the new system. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous data experience looking to further develop their data management and reporting skills.

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Experience in data management
* Used to working on large data sets
* Confident around excel ie pivot tables, vlookups
* General CRM exposure - no specific package knowledge required
