Short description of role:

Our client a Charity who's main purpose is to help end extreme poverty are looking for a Data and Analytics Manager The main duties of the role is to be responsible for leading the collection, analysis and reporting the data to the campaigning and marketing strategy, this will include data relating to website traffic, social media, and CRM. You will need to have experience managing projects.

  • Lead the collection and analysis of data
  • Work with team members to design and execute testing
  • Coordinate the collection, analysis and reporting out of results
  • Work with the marketing department to identify additional key performance indicators
  • Oversee analytics reporting, including monthly reports & campaign readouts and preparation for regular metrics meetings
  • Coordinate polling and data gathering projects
  • Support the maintenance of the database to ensure clean and accurate data organisation
  • Serve as an expert resource to team members
  • Conduct other data and analytics projects
  • Recommend solutions/best practices and solve complex problems
  • Manage the Assistant Data Analyst position
  • Supervise the work of external consultants and agencies
  • Responsible for managing expenditures within the approved budget

To be considered for the role you must have the following;

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, methodical thinking and problem-solving ability, innovative at creating solutions
  • Ability to present analytical results visually including the use of advanced data visualization tools
  • Ability to identify and develop data driven insights
  • provide analytical support and statistical analysis
  • Detail oriented and able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience of communicating data insights to senior leadership
  • Experience with managing data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically ActionKit
  • Experience of Google Analytics
  • Advanced experience in Excel
  • Experience with databases, data extraction, reporting and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Experience of Tableau
  • Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities under tight deadlines while performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Related work history in poverty and infectious disease alleviation, advocacy, policy, legislation and/or demonstrable interest in the cause
  • Travel up to 5% international and/or domestic
