Our client, a leading educational and membership institution in the arts and culture sector, are looking for an experienced Customer Services Officer to support the Quality Assurance Manager to manage the complaints and appeals process.

You will be the first point of contact for all initial queries from teachers and parents, manage the complaints process, communicating all enquiries to service level timescales, generate reports and liaise effectively with the marketing and communications team to give appropriate responses to issues arising on social media.

With strong, demonstrable experience dealing with and resolving customer complaints, you will ideally have a background within an examination, further education, or training provider environment. You will be proficient with databases and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
