A leading housing charity based in West London are recruiting for a Customer Service Trainer to join them at a very exciting time of change and growth.
As the Customer Service Trainer based in their West London Office, you will design, deliver and evaluate first class learning solutions and will passionately equip those who work on the front line, to deliver effortless housing-related services for their customers.
You will use your extensive knowledge and technical skills to deliver training across a broad range of topics across the housing sector as well as training on new processes and best practice. As systems change and improve, you'll need to have the desire to continuously improve your knowledge to equip frontline teams to be able to response effectively to customer needs.
By conducting regular learning needs analysis across the Customer Service Directorate, you will build and act upon role specific training needs. You will need to be a fast learner who can tap into all available subject matter experts and sources of information that will drive your training to get clear results.
You will need to be an engaging and influential communicator who is excellent at building working relationships at any level including director level. The ability to prioritise your workload and work on multiple training programmes/projects simultaneously either on your own or with the team will be essential for this role.
Your PC literacy will need to be at a high level as you'll need to learn and use a variety of bespoke systems.
A background in housing or a good understanding of the housing/charity sector will be most advantageous.
