We are working with a well-known health charity to recruit an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead and mange a team of 5 the successful candidate will have sound experience providing first class supporter or customer care, couple with strong coaching and developing skills.

Main duties for the Customer Service Team Leader:
Support and encourage staff to deliver excellent, bespoke customer care
Ensure team produce bespoke thank you letters within agreed time frames
Set, monitor and proactively review processes, procedures and KPI's
Produce reports and stats to feed into management reporting

Essential criteria for the Customer Service Team Leader:
Strong leadership and development skills and experience
Knowledge within fundraising compliance including data protection
Experience of managing supporter systems
Strong communication skills
Previous experience of line managing staff, managing appraisals and performance management
Change management experience
